Our terroirs are located in a diversity of soils of alluvial and volcanic origin, the mediterranean climate, which wisely alternates and combinates the light of the sun with a long dry season, modelates the growth of our Peñasco Vineyards. The well marked differences of temperature between day and night, transparent skies and great exposure to the sun contributes to obtain an excellent grape production.

This excellent and wide diversity of soils is given an extraordinary tool to locate the different varieties in the soils best suited to each one of them and coupled with the fact of having warm days in summer, but with cool winds at night that the temperature drops, provide a mesoclimate ideal for the production of different varieties of grapes resulting deep red wines, live, soft and round tannins. The white varieties are also suitable niches producing fresh wines with good acidity and perfect balance and volume.
